1981. He has joined our Cincinnati headquarters. Chris Smallwood

NCLEX INTERNATIONALLY IN JANUARY 2005
The NCLEX exam will be offered internationally in January 2005, at the
earliest. To provide input on locations where the NCLEX should be offered,

NURSE CAN CHOOSE BETWEEN MULTIPLE I-140'S
The U.S. Consulate in Chennai, India has confirmed that a Registered Nurse
with multiple I-140 approvals can choose which I-140 to use at the time of
the consulate interview. The U.S. Embassy in Manila, Philippines also allows
a nurse to choose between multiple I-140 approvals.

CONSULATES REQUIRING CURRENT JOB OFFER LETTER
Most consulates are requiring Registered Nurses to present a current,
notarized job offer letter from the employer at the time of the consulate
interview. Consulates are requiring the letter as proof that the job offer
still exists.
